Mr. Bartlett is founding director of Morrissey Hawthorne Inc. and has been a founding shareholder and director of more than eight successful energy companies. Mr. Bartlett is principal of MHI Energy Partners ("MHI") which is a private equity investment firm focused on the energy sector with offices in Calgary, Toronto and New York. MHI also invests on behalf, and manages the investment portfolio, of the MHI Energy Fund, a $25 million fund that is specifically focused on early stage investments in the energy sector.

Terry D. Brooker
Mr. Brooker has over thirty five years of engineering and business experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Brooker was the President and Chief Executive Officer of COSTA Energy and the Vice President and COO of COSTA Resources Ltd. Prior to COSTA, Mr. Brooker was Vice-President Engineering at Winstar Resources Ltd. (TSXV), a public oil and gas company, from June 2002 to November 2004 and was Vice-President Operations of Hadrian Energy Corp., a private oil company from October 1999 to June 2002.
