CORPORATE OVERVIEW

With the October 21, 2008 sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, COSTA Resources Ltd, which held all of the Company’s oil and gas assets, COSTA Energy Inc. has no operating assets.  As a result, the Company was transferred from the TSX-Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”) to NEX:CEQ.H, which is a separate board maintained by the TSX-V for the listing of companies which do not meet the minimum TSX-V tier maintenance requirements.

COSTA has begun the process of considering alternatives for its future.
